Purchased tickets are valid for the bearer, for the estimated pre-boarding date and time. It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes early and bring the printed or digital voucher in hand, with enough battery in the device.

By accepting the terms and conditions of this purchase, you declare that you are aware that:

• There are no refunds or rescheduling of the service
• Cabin seats are shared with more users who contract the service that day, reaching a maximum of 6 people, considering minors, cars and pets
• It is mandatory to get off at terminal stations; Oasis and Summit
• A responsible adult over 18 years of age must always be in the cabin
